Please read these terms carefully before using kelolabiz services.

Service Description
kelolabiz provides AI-powered WhatsApp customer service for businesses in Indonesia. Automate customer inquiries, product information, and order processing. Also supports WhatsApp Business basics without AI for businesses that prefer manual operations.
Acceptable Use
- Using the bot to answer legitimate customer questions
- Managing product catalogs and shop information
- Processing orders and customer service inquiries
- Sending relevant notifications to your customers (only to those who have given explicit opt-in consent)
Prohibited Use
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Distributing illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Using the bot for fraud or criminal activity
- Violating Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform Terms (available at business.whatsapp.com/policy)
- Processing data of minors without parental consent
- Messaging customers who have not given explicit prior opt-in consent to receive messages from your business via WhatsApp. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consent from your end customers before initiating or enabling any bot-driven contact.
Billing & Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly via bank transfer or QRIS. Failed payments will result in service suspension after 7 days. Cancellation can be done anytime; service remains active until the end of the paid period. No refunds for periods already in progress.
Merchant Data Accuracy
The accuracy of bot responses depends entirely on the accuracy of data you upload — including product names, prices, stock levels, and FAQ content. kelolabiz provides no warranty for responses that are incorrect because the underlying merchant data was inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for keeping your product data current.
Third-Party Service Dependencies
kelolabiz depends on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API to deliver messages. Service availability is subject to Meta's infrastructure uptime, policy changes, and account status. kelolabiz is not liable for service interruptions, message delivery failures, or feature changes caused by Meta or any other third-party provider (Groq, Xendit, etc.). We will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate known outages promptly.
Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all product data, customer data, and content you upload to kelolabiz. You grant kelolabiz a limited licence to process this data solely to deliver the service. kelolabiz owns all rights to the platform, software, and AI models. Bot-generated responses are derived from your data and delivered on your behalf — you are responsible for ensuring they comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. kelolabiz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or customer disputes arising from bot responses. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies even if kelolabiz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service in case of violation of these terms, illegal activity, or platform abuse. Users can terminate service at any time through the dashboard or by contacting our team. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for a minimum of 14 days. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan) as the exclusive jurisdiction.
Amendments to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes — such as changes to pricing, liability caps, or prohibited use — we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email and a dashboard banner. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
