Data Deletion Request

You have full rights over your data. We are committed to deleting your data upon request.

Per Meta Platform requirements §3.2

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms and Indonesian Data Protection Regulations, we provide a mechanism to delete all data related to your account and activities on kelolabiz.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • User account and business profile
  • Conversation history and message logs
  • Product data and shop catalog
  • Payment information and transaction history
  • Identifiable analytics data

How to Submit a Request

1. Via WhatsApp (Fastest)

Send a message to our WhatsApp number with the format: "DELETE DATA [your account email]"

→ Open WhatsApp

2. Via Email

Send an email to privacy@kelolabiz.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email.

3. Via Dashboard

Log in to kelolabiz dashboard → Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Deletion Timeline

We will confirm your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Exceptions

Certain data may need to be retained longer due to legal obligations (e.g., financial transaction records per Indonesian tax regulations). Such data will be anonymized and cannot be linked to your identity.
